Stevens Connects is the university’s resource for community relations and civic engagement.
Through this initiative, Stevens:
Builds and maintains relationships with community leaders and neighbors
Supports efforts among students, faculty, and staff to create and sustain civic engagement initiatives
Centralizes and circulates information on Stevens’ civic engagement initiatives
Connects Stevens community members with opportunities for service and volunteerism in Hoboken
Links Stevens’ programs, resources, and expertise with opportunities to enrich community life
Collaborates with community leaders and organizations to identify potential university partnerships
Encourages neighbors’ participation in university programming through Stevens’ community events
